- Glass sealed unit consists of two layers of 4mm glass, which is 33% thicker than the industry’s standard required for most residential glazing.
- One of the glass surfaces is coated with a LowE coating which reflects heat and cold.
- Glass layers are separated by the “warm edge” spacer. This spacer is a foam-like material that does not transfer temperature from glass to glass and helps reduce condensation around the edges of the window.
- The space between the two panes of glass is filled with 90% Argon Gas, which helps lower thermal conductivity.
